Inoreader: News & RSS reader App Reviews

Perfect

A perfect rss reading tool

Not user friendly

I agree with the other person who said this was clunky and not user friendly. I like inoreader but I cant stand this app. There should be a more compact easy to use interface just like the website. I think I will go back to using the website on my ipad until this improves but an app would be better since the website crashes the browser frequently

Latest version wastes screen real estate

What is the point of keeping the pane on the right open all the time? It crunches up the list of articles. Liked the previous layout better.

Better than Feedly

Three words: Search Within Feeds I got Inoreader to replace Feedly because I got tired of Feedly messing with the UI. I have been missing the ability to search posts ever since a Google Reader went away, and Inoreader has it! Inoreader has more of a power-user feel to it, but I got used to it pretty fast. Im never going back.

Loading slowly

The loading speed of a certain subscription is not ideally. I have to wait 2 or 3 seconds to see the articles.

Simple and Clean

I came from Feedly because I felt they didnt care about the free users. Inoreader has more options and features than Feedly at the free level, but with ads and I dont mind. I just need to be able to read what I subscribe to and not be limited to how many times I can refresh my feeds and whether or not I can search within my feeds. With Inoreader, I dont have to worry about any of that. Im satisfied.

Finally RSS Filtering!

Ive been waiting for a server-side RSS aggregator like this since before Google Reader was shut down. I love being able to filter my feeds. Plus I can subscribe to Twitter feeds. Absolutely perfect. The UI isnt the best, but its more than functional. And I use Reeder (also highly recommended) most of the time anyway.

Great RSS feed reader

Im glad I found Inoreader after Google Reader shut down. It even surpasses GR in some ways, its that good. This app is one of a handful of what I consider to be mission-critical apps on my phone.

Does the job

Easy to use. Once set up, works great on my iphone, ipad, and windows laptop.

Functional

inoreader gets the job done and provides me a variety of feeds in a useful format. The development team is on the ball. I remember specifically how craigslist feeds stopped working, and inoreader came up with a browser extension to fix it. Nice work. Small issues, Wish there was a way to keep saved web pages in the same place as feeds. I like the web interface better than the app interface. As with any app, there is always room for improvement.

Nice RSS Reader

Being cross platform even on Windows Phone makes a difference to me. Interface is clean and usable.

Good reader

Simple and easy.
